The recipes in this book were collected
and cooked by students of all participating schools in the Comenius
project “Windows on Europe”. Further more they add information about
typical drinks and food of their region.
The pupils of the schools in Dunkerque, Porretta Terme, Vlaardingen,
Vigo, Helsinki and Wernigerode had a lot of fun when they cooked and
tried the different meals. Now they hope that you will also try to make
the other’s food.
I like to thank all the chefs who made this cookery-book and of course
all the teachers who supported their students.
